TT-01 Battery Upgrade
Hey guys,
I'm looking for an upgrade of the battery that I have right now (1800 Nicd)... It's really crap, and has been used on a fast charger it's whole life, the result, five minuites play time if I'm lucky.
I've got some prices off trademe (NZD):
(price is for two batteries)
These are all NiMH
3300 Mah - $100
3700 Mah - $115
3800 Mah + Charger - $146
4000 Mah - $138
Note the 4000 Mah is a Camelion. The others are just import brands/brandless.
What's the best deal? Also, what's the run time for each battery?
-----------
I'm looking at getting myself a fast charger to use on just one of the batteries, and then use the slow charger on the other (to preserve the life of one, and wreck the other). Any suggestions on fast chargers?
Thanks,
STEVEN

Considering that they're brandless packs I'd suggest looking elsewhere. I'm not sure if Tower ships to your country or not but for the price of two of the packs you're speaking of you could get three or four brand name packs. For example Tower has 3300mah Team Orion "Rocket" packs for $22.26 a piece.

If your willing to buy abroad, there's a good deal [link=http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-X-7-2v-NiMH-4350mah-RC-Battery-Packs-Low-P-P_W0QQitemZ170202651151QQihZ007QQcategoryZ140974QQ ssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem]here[/link] on two 4350mah batteries at around NZD$70. I'm sure that it would be cheaper to get them shipped than buy off TradeMe
